| Configuration: Three Tier - Pillared Size: 8" - 11" - 14" Decoration: Fresh Flowers and Fresh Fruit (decorated by Anna's) This cake utilizes almost 4 dozen roses and a bundle of carnations and other flowers as well as 4lbs of fruit as decoration. Surface Area: Approximately 300 Square Inches (serves 75-100) This is becoming a very popular way to decorate wedding cakes. However, this style of decoration requires a lot of flowers, some fruit and a lot of time to set up. This three tier cake utilized over 4 dozen flowers and 2 kg of assorted fruit.
